When the fan is turned and welded, the output current is unstable or not controlled by a potentiometer, and the current is small when the current is large
1) potentiometer 1K, quality problems, should be replaced;
2) all kinds of connection bad contact, especially connector, etc., need to check
Fan turn, abnormal indicator light, no welding output
1) check all kinds of connecting and inserting wires in the machine for bad contact;
2) there is disconnection or bad contact at the output terminal;
3) use instrument to measure power board to MOS board (VH-07 plug-in unit), voltage is DC308V or so
Is the silicon bridge open and the silicon bridging plug in bad contact?
Power board, four large electrolytic capacitor (about 470UF/450), individual leakage can be replaced;
4) there is a green indicator on the MOS board auxiliary power. If not, please contact the dealer or our company;
